Join us in Nashville, Tennessee, December 8-9, 2025, for Nashville Hub’s highly-rated Distributive Leadership training in an open-enrollment format. This event is beneficial to both teams and individuals.

This two-day learning event is designed to introduce school district and career academy leaders to the guiding principles of the career academy model and the evolution of roles when building a distributive leadership culture. Leaders learn what to look for in selecting academy principals, counselors, teachers, and team leaders, and how to build systems that onboard, develop, support, and monitor their academy teams. Focus areas include: scheduling, roles and responsibilities, developing leadership pipelines, selecting and onboarding your teams, student/teacher relationships, goal setting, continuous improvement, advisory boards, and more. Participants will interact in-person with Nashville Hub practitioners and Academies of Nashville leaders, educators and community.

Registration fee: $999

Includes two-day event access and resources, lunch and snacks/beverages both days, networking reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres, and transportation to any off-site locations during the conference day.
