OUR MISSION

The Nashville Hub, a program of Alignment Nashville, provides events, coaching, and support to communities that are working to transform the K-12 experience to prepare all students for college, career, and life.

Through these efforts, Nashville Hub is able to provide financial support, supplemental resources, and ongoing professional development at no cost to Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools and the Academies of Nashville.

HISTORY

Helping others
learn and grow

Nashville Hub started in 2011 by providing opportunities for communities to visit Nashville and learn about the Academies of Nashville. The success and growth of these study visits led to the demand for consultation and professional development to help other communities implement the Academies model with fidelity. In 2013, we were designated as a Ford Next Generation Learning Hub. In 2022, Nashville Hub expanded its services and events to include distinct hubs for Community Schools, Social Emotional Learning, Collaboration, and Pathways

The Nashville Hub draws on the experience and expertise of practitioners that have been deeply involved in the visioning, implementation, and sustainability of the successful Academies of Nashville, Community Achieves, Social Emotional Learning framework and more. These practitioners bring their experiences and lessons learned to the development and provision of impactful professional development and coaching.
