Are you beginning your career academy journey, onboarding new team members, or looking for a refresher on the essential components of the model? The Onboarding Academies Experience will help you better understand how schools, districts, and community partners work together to create meaningful, career-connected learning experiences for students.
During this two-day learning experience, participants will explore the structures, roles, partnerships, and instructional practices that support successful academy implementation. You will learn from Nashville Hub practitioners and members of the Academies of Nashville community, connect with peers doing similar work, and identify practical next steps for your school, district, or community.

The Onboarding Academies Experience is designed for educators, school and district leaders, academy coaches, community conveners, business partners, and others who are new to the academy model or stepping into a new role within an existing implementation.
Individuals are welcome, but participating as a school or community team can provide valuable time for shared learning, reflection, and planning.
